Our fall small group lesson schedule provides fun, affordable learning opportunities for all albilities and ages. They are an alternative to learning pilates in a private lesson setting.

Classes begin the week of September 2 and continue through the week of December 8. No classes the week of Thanksgiving, November 24. Make ups will be held the week of December 8.


Class Descriptions

Intro to Pilates:

Learn the basics of Pilates Movement and Stabilization. Appropriate for individuals who have not practiced the STOTT PILATES method. Class is taught on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels. Class size limited to two people to provide the maximum instructional benefit. Cost:$560 ($520 for Monday series)

Essential Equipment:

Expand on your ability to move and stabilize through the fundamental Exercises.. Class taught on Mat, Reformer and small equipment. Limited to four people. Pre-requisite: Intro Pilates or Prior Experience in the STOTT PILATES method. Cost: $462 ($429 for Monday Series) Drop In: $37

Intermediate Equipment:

This class incorporates the intermediate repetoire into the workout, challenging stability, strength & coordination and endurance. Limited to four people. Prerequisite: Essential level and permission of instructor. Cost: $462 ($429 for Monday Series) Drop In: $37

Essential Mat Pilates:

A flowing class that focuses on building strength and stability in the core muscles of the trunk. Appropriate for beginners and essential level students. Limited to five people. Cost:$238 Drop In:$20

Intermediate / Advanced Mat:

Challenge your core stabilization and strength further with this intermediate to advanced routine. Prerequisite: Prior experience with STOTT PILATES matwork and permission of the instructor. Limited to five people. Cost:$238 Drop In:$20

Yoga:

A Vinyasa style class that focuses on developing flexibility, strength and endurance. Limited to 8 people so you get hand's on assistance and adjustments as necessary. Open to all abilities. Cost:$221 Drop In: $20

Kids:

Build core stabilization and strength in this playful, mat based exercise workout. Ages 7 - 11. Limited to 8 people. Cost: $252

Teens:

A workout designed for ages 11 - 14, this class incorporates mat work and Reformer based exercises to challenge core and peripheral strength. Limited to five people. Cost: $325

  • Access our online scheduler at the scheduling link.
  • Click on the Small Group Class Tab at the top.
  • Choose the Class you'd like to take.
  • Follow prompts to Register and pay.

Questions:

  • Want to put together your own Small Group or Intro Class? Contact us for assistance.
  • Want to enroll mid-session? You may enroll in the middle of a session by on a space available basis. Pre-requisites apply. Drop-In rate will apply to all classes.
  • What if you miss a lesson? We'll do our best to find you another spot in a class that week. Otherwise, classes will have a make-up lesson during the week of December 8.

 

Classes may be cancelled if minimum participation requirements are not met.
Group classes may not be for everyone. Please contact the studio if you are experiencing current or acute
illness, injury, disease or pregnancy so that we may provide an appropriate learning experience for you.
